Orders & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your order. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

Delivery

Delivery is available across the UAE. Delivery charges range from AED 25–35, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and whether the item is ready-to-wear or made to order.

Exchanges & Returns

Customized, made-to-measure or altered pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Sizing & Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing and selecting the correct size, measurements and abaya length when placing an order. Please refer to our Size Guide before confirming your purchase.

Alterations

Alterations may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges. Alteration requests may also affect the estimated completion or delivery time.

Special Requests

Any customization or special request is subject to confirmation by AUTRE. Additional charges and production time may apply depending on the request.

Product Appearance

We aim to represent our products and colours as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Care

Dry clean only. Store your AUTRE piece with care to preserve its fabric, shape and detailing.
