Delivery is available across the UAE. Delivery charges range from AED 25\u201335, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and whether the item is ready-to-wear or made to order.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I track my order?<\/summary>\n

After ordering you receive an order number, for example #AUT1028. Enter it on the Track My Order page to see where your order is: Order Confirmed, In Preparation, Ready, Out for Delivery or Delivered.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I exchange or return a piece?<\/summary>\n

Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery, subject to our exchange policy. Customized, made-to-measure or altered pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I cancel my order?<\/summary>\n

Full payment is required to confirm your order. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
